Trying to be better - Team Lead WellDev Employee Review

Management is uncouth, Christian evangelic monthly sermons (Often contradicts islamic understanding), focused on money making business. Employee benefit is very poor. Previous track record with employees who left the company has been very bitter. They can not accept resignation either. Employees are afraid to even place resignation letter for fear of horrible exit treatments.
