      good pay , benefits , nice people

      Cons

      Bad management , knee jerking irrational decision making , some vindictive people .... Never in my life have I been treated so horribly . I feel bad for them, they have lost themselves with corporate greed.

      -Great benefits -Off holidays, weekends -Ok work life balance

      Cons

      Due to Optum taking over - they are doing layoffs like crazy. You could have an amazing employee review and still laid off. A previous supervisor of mine was with the company for over 20 years and she was gone just like that. They don’t cherish you. But you can believe the upper leadership never misses their bonus.
