For everyone, wide range of experience. If you are a favorite you can leave site for LONG periods of time and then sit in the breakroom and have lunch with boss for up to hour, all this and can stay on the clock with only 30 minute off clock for lunch!
Cons
If you're not favorite you are doing work of 2 people when you are working with the favorites, you also don't get to go on vacations with the boss or sit in her office for hours talking or shopping online.
