WellPsyche is a tech enabled behavioral health group. Very different from tech companies that happen to do mental health. They have better tech, workflows, and communication systems than any of the new tech companies. They provide support that is personalized and I know my support team members by name. The compensation is consistent and higher than I have seen anywhere else. You are actually part of a group where you can communicate with other providers whenever it is needed. You are not siloed. There are opportunities to grow with the company. And the culture is very supportive, compassionate, and fun. People are all here because they truly care for their patients. And patients love the services we provide. In the end, we are able to help people become the best version of themselves because it simply works.

I wouldn't mind seeing patients in person on occasion, but the flexibility of working my own hours, from wherever I have internet access is unbeatable.
