Training is long and slow. What was being done in 8-10 weeks could have been done in much less if the classes were smaller and not so much chatter. It was very hard to stay focused and want to learn when half your day was spent on nonsense and helping people with basics. I had to leave unexpectedly due to a family injury and have yet to hear from anyone. Nothing from trainers, managers, recruiters, nothing. I tried to leave on good terms so I could return when my family situation got better but after leaving I realized the stress of their standards, including the attendance policy was just not worth the low pay.
