Pros

- There are pockets of knowledgable, kind people. - They try to create an inclusive environment. - Clean working conditions and nice bathrooms.

Cons

- RTO when most of the teams you directly work with are remote. - Poorly trained management, who are more concerned about their own motives and success than supporting their team. - Appearance that there is structure, documentation, and planning to streamline and standardize processes. However, these are restrictive, and while innovation is encouraged, there's always a reason why it can't or won't work. - Leadership and HR are cold and unfeeling. They're there to support their own interests, very self-serving, lacking empathy or even the understanding of basic human decency. They will also find any way possible to "manage out" those that don't fit their initiatives or doctrine. - Lots of ex-Cerner employees leads to a perpetuation of the "in crowd" culture that many experienced at Cerner. - Pay is on the low end with little to no growth trajectory defined.

The onboarding process provided a solid foundation and helpful resources that supported my transition into the role. Clear clinical guidelines and structured workflows help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in decision-making. The flexibility of the work environment supports work-life balance while maintaining productivity and performance

Cons

There are opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency; however, leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a positive environment for continuous improvement
