Great team. I enjoyed the camraderie and the sales audience.
Cons
No time to develop a sustainable pipeline. Lack of management support. From a sales perspective...the major comp is based on software only with services getting 1% of sales based on the average of 20% software and 80% services on sales as large as $5mm or more. Extremely non-empathetic management.
