Pros

Upper execs are making their bonuses.

Cons

All this company does is acquire smaller successful companies and lays everyone off, cuts budgets, and murders credibility. Then they wonder why customers jump ship. If you're in a smaller company and recently get acquired by them just update your resume and move on. If you do stick around you'll be expected to do all the work your entire downsized team used to do with half the resources.

Pros

OK pay, on-site gym, immediate coworkers are great

Cons

High turnover (likely to continue), understaffing, call center environment, buggy software and understandably angry/dissatisfied customers. Hard to resolve issues when you're constantly on the phone taking on brand new issues, and hard to ask for help when everyone else is also taking calls
