Pros

-Some people you work with are cool -Happy hours after work are fun -Once you know the right numbers to hit you can coast and hardly work

Cons

-CEO has an obsession with cowboy and indians comparisons, so much that it ahs turned into a game for anyone watching him speak -All issues are covered up as much as possible, example is the director of support was fired and they are continuing to cover it up to employees -Any position in any department will be cut at a moments notice if you don't agree with the company or voice an opinion -Upper management stifled pay for lower positions and call it growth -Will attempt to track down negative reviews on glassdoor/indeed/ect and fire the person who made them -Higher you go in the company the more open the racist/sexist atmosphere becomes -Management uses informants to root out employees, being an informant might get you a lead position though -You work for a company that actively helps exploits the healthcare costs in the US

Pros

The organization promotes a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are approachable and willing to assist. The onboarding process provided a solid foundation and helpful resources that supported my transition into the role. Clear clinical guidelines and structured workflows help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in decision-making. The flexibility of the work environment supports work-life balance while maintaining productivity and performance

Cons

There are opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency; however, leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a positive environment for continuous improvement
