Pros
Great Clients, Great Staff, Awesome Atmosphere. You are in a club and can workout whenever you want, manage your schedule, and for the most part you have complete autonomy of your schedule as long as you are training 25 hours of clients or more a week. Can make good money as long as you train more than 46.5 hours in a two week period.
Cons
Your $ per hour is completely dependant on the number of hours you train clients per pay period. So lets say you normally train 40 hours of clients in 2 weeks making 35$ an hour. If you miss a day due to illness and train fewer people in that pay period, you would drop down to the next lower pay tier...30$ per hour. So with holidays that you may miss a day or two of your normal training...you may even drop to the lowest tier for all clients for the entire pay period. Before you work here just make sure you are comfortable knowing that. -Work Schedule is what it is. Youll need to be busy from 5am-10am and most likely again 3pm-7pm. The days get long but its nice to be able to workout just about whenever you want and be able to take a break and go home if you live close by.
