Pros

My life changed upside-down since I entered this team. Some info about how the team works: We have very high standards because we want to offer the absolute best programming mentorship and for that we need to have the best team. Our main focus is our career, mindset and lifestyle, and we work together for developing ourselves as programmers and as people. The skills I accumulated in less than a year I consider extraordinary and I'm thankful to the employer for giving me the chance to take part in all of this, it's the best thing that happened in my life until this moment regarding my career. It's not a place for lazy people - that is the biggest Con for some people, but I'm not in this category because the team guided me towards becoming a very productive person. (I wasn't nearly as productive as I am these days in the beginning) The atmosphere in the team is really nice. We push each other to be better everyday and I love that. You can't fail with such a team if you are willing to go above and beyond :D

Cons

If you want to be successful in this team, you won't have to work 40 hours, but 60 or more. If you can't do that yet but you want to become a better version, the team will help you get there. If you just want to be an ordinary employee, working 40 hours per week, you can do that also. But don't expect massive changes in your life. You have to work hard for those. If you do want such changes, you will find help here.

Pros

- great colleagues - good environment for development and learning

Cons

- low income compared to the work you have to do - toxic culture - toxic management - bad communication with the manager and CEO - unpaid extra work - only 10 free days per year (even you are working as a contractor) - working on weekends - working in the evenings - there were always things that popped-up and you either had to be at the office (again, even if you are a contractor and to be at their office is not established in the contract), or you had to take another extra task
