The idea of nepotism runs counter to everything we stand for at Gympass. We have a well-structured review process with multi-directional feedback, comp bands, and a clear internal promotion/hiring policy to ensure all Gympassers receive equitable opportunities to advance. Our HRBPs work closely with the business leaders and employees to ensure we are operating in a manner consistent with our values and processes. We maintain an anonymous Ombudsman feedback tool to ensure any concerns are fully investigated and appropriate action is taken. We also conduct a quarterly engagement survey to understand how employees are feeling and thinking about their Gympass experience.
