3yThank you for leaving a review. We appreciate that you could see the mission and hardworking people at Gympass, but are saddened to read your perception of leadership and HR. The idea of nepotism runs counter to everything we stand for at Gympass. We have a well-structured review process with multi-directional feedback, comp bands, and a clear internal promotion/hiring policy to ensure all Gympassers receive equitable opportunities to advance. Our HRBPs work closely with the business leaders and employees to ensure we are operating in a manner consistent with our values and processes. We maintain an anonymous Ombudsman feedback tool to ensure any concerns are fully investigated and appropriate action is taken. We also conduct a quarterly engagement survey to understand how employees are feeling and thinking about their Gympass experience.
