      Willing to train from scratch and ability to cross train to change positions. Sometimes Lunch is provided and managers are easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Preferred people get raises (a girl who started after me received many raises before I did), some doctors are rude to work with, if you don’t repetition this job may be boring and draining (depending on which doctor you work with)
