Pros
The employee engagement programs are really good in this office. You are encouraged to take part in all functions.
Cons
So much of partiality is there, that one can not work well here. Too much of corporate politics. Almost 80% of the employees are on a higher position because of their experience in wellness and not because of their qualification. So there are very less opportunities for the freshers to grow in the company as the other employees don't resign from Wellness, since they know that the position in which they are sitting on, will not be offered to them by any other company. A few HODs are very cheerful, that they will encourage you to be a part of the parties and sports. But a few people are there, who are ready to talk about you when you just enter the office. There is lack of team work, and hence the whole department or company suffers. There is no work/life balance. You will be asked to work on even weekends.
