Pros

I am able to work on a variety of items and projects. the product is amazing and I strongly believe in it. The staff is like a family and the senior management staff is always accommodating.

Cons

There is so much work to do and sales opportunities that we can't keep up, but I definitely know I always have something I can work on and a way to impact the business. There is still some transition aspects because of our new systems and that makes getting things done more complicated.

In August, we had a change in our executive leader, and with this change has come some amazing things for the staff! The trust & belief in us as employees is felt every day. We are treated like the hardworking team we have always been. It is like working for a completely new organization. I am thrilled to be a part of this change, and truly looking towards the future with WellnessMats.

Cons

Truth is, there is nothing at this time. The positive change that has come with our new president has really made so many cons disappear.

Biggest con is in office 5 days a week.
