      Pros

      Small company so you will get crossed trained in a lot of different skills.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. No benefits. They pay you like crap but expect the world from you. Toxic work culture, shady and manipulative management. They do not care about you. You are just a number. Your mental health will deteriorate while working here.
