Pros
* My local team was very good, however the managerial structure can get pretty convoluted across the enterprise. I found many talented, dedicated individuals, but I had to find them in between all of the filler.
* Decent opportunity to learn other roles and move around to other parts of the business
Cons
* Disappointing raises. This has not always been the case, but due to Wells Fargo trying to cut their workforce to ~180,000, I think promotions and pay raises have largely been underwhelming so employees quit rather than wait for severance.
* Huge corporation with very outdated systems. Expect constant struggles with technology, red tape, bureaucracy, etc. - I have run into a few teams with state-of-the-art tools and access, but expect it to be a minority.
