Senior management doesn't live up to the christian values, so its better if they don't publicly advocate it Because work relationships are very important, promotions are based on a buddy system, so if you want to move up, make sure you hang out with your managers and supervisors so that they can get to know you more. No real career path, you have to figure out other departments by yourself. Investor Services department is the most stressful environment and moving to other departments takes a while or may never happen
