Pros
Good pay, company car and gas
Cons
Software was buggy. Company car was a 20 year old beater with a cracked windshield. You will be driving all over 2 large Counties with no defined territory. There are odd, punitive policies such as requiring you to stay at the office for 8 hours when not seeing patients yet only paying for 36 hours. If they sent you on a late start of care you will be required to come back to the office yet "clock out on the road" to avoid OT. Multiple supervisors were hired who had zero home health experience and almost zero training. You will be charged for any lost equipment including chargers, a PT bag that normally would hold groceries was valued at 400 dollars. A normal tote type nursing bag was 1000.
