- Great people/ coworkers - Understanding bosses - Work/life balance is excellent - Management tries hard to do the "right thing" - Excellent medical benefits - Very competitive pay - A lot of work variety

- Growing very quickly, therefore there are growing pains - Things change daily, so you have to stay on your toes - People that are rigid thinkers would have a difficult time working here, you have to stay flexible

One thing is for sure hours are flexible.

Company never knows what they want one day its one the next day something totally differnt the 3 something else and the 4th they want the same thing they wanted the 1st there and its never clear to us what is right. If you want to have a stable and fun job please dont work here
