Coworkers are generally great and can be very supportive.

Cons

Pay is low, bonuses have disappeared, and staff morale has gone downhill under the new CEO. Employees are forced to take unpaid hour-long breaks even when it disrupts the workday. Supervisors openly play favorites and rarely stand up for frontline staff. The company constantly talks about supporting employees and patients, but unless you work in the front office, you feel completely overlooked. Staff are often required to take clients on outings, then get nickel-and-dimed over expenses afterward. They also advertise having company vehicles available for patient transportation, but there are nowhere near enough cars for staff needs, leading employees to compete over access to vehicles daily. Overall, management feels disconnected from the realities of frontline work, and recent changes have only made the workplace more stressful and less supportive.
