Not stable income - Search Quality Rater Welocalize Employee Review

Don’t depend on money from this job. Long stretches of no available work. When there is work, it is painstakingly tedious and boring for low pay. Eyes are constantly glued to a screen for however many hours you decide. If you do this, just let it be extra money to fluff your pocket but do not depend on it!! I can only imagine the people needing it for health insurance bc you have to hit a minimum amount of hours every quarter or else you lose it I suppose. Like how, if there’s no hours?? I was fighting for minutes.
