The Leadership Team and management are truly dedicated and invested in seeing Welocalize become the best. There is room to grow- if you show interest and take initative management will notice and help you make necessary grow a reality. The people are considered a valuable assest (not just a fluff statement). A consistent amount of change happens here- keeping the pace lively and intriguing.
Cons
A global company means you might not meet your team face-to-face. Have to work hard on building a sense of team across oceans.
