Pros
have met a few great people. most senior managers are approachable and nice. I believe the senior management promote the best people to important positions. There is leadership training for leads and managers.
Cons
Dishonest when talking about contracts. No effective performance management. Unfair treatment of employees. No job security. Hard work isn’t truly appreciated in my personal experience. Low pay. No bonus. Working from home leads to inefficiency sometimes.
