Plenty of opportunities for growth at the company while we expand our client base. Working with some of the largest brands in most verticals worldwide. Great strides towards introducing new technology over the last two years. Working with global teams is a reality. Smith is a charismatic and inspirational leader who is very involved and cares every minute of every day in the success of Welocalize. Very approachable CEO.
Cons
Due to growth, senior management doesn't always catch on in time that more resources are needed to support. They then expect to deliver to the client with existing employee base=potential employee burnout.
