      Pros

      Supervisors are accessible and flexible. If working from home is needed at times, it can be accommodated. Office has a fun atmosphere; kitchen is stocked with snacks, and there's a ping-pong/pool table. šŸ˜ Great team!

      Cons

      Life Sciences department is overworked at times, having to regularly work over 8 hours. Systems used can certainly use improvement, often times they cause extra manual work from the PMs.

      Pros

      You can work from home, easily accessible, tasks were doable to perform. In addition, you can work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Receiving tasks was not always consistent, some tasks were given more at specific times/days than others.
