      Pros

      My dad died about a month after I started. They were very understanding, gave me time off to be with my mom, for about a week. When I got back, there was a card from the entire office, and a plant. The condolence card was very touching

      Cons

      I have no cons about Welocalize. WFH since March 2020 has been fantastic.

      Pros

      You can work from home, easily accessible, tasks were doable to perform. In addition, you can work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Receiving tasks was not always consistent, some tasks were given more at specific times/days than others.
