Pros
You work on your own. No one bothers you as long as you complete your work, you're good. You don't really get vacation days, but they are flexible with you if you have an appointment or the time you can come in or leave.
Cons
The pay rate, they do not give raises unless you get a promotion which is pretty hard to get unless you are a linguistic major.
