No policy or complaint program - Manager Wenger Manufacturing Employee Review

No policy related to covid issues. Owner chooses to only follow part of KDHE guidelines. Picks and chooses who needs testing. Recently hear while workers were at sturgis, and fully vaccinated they had to have a neg covid test to return, even though KDHE states if fully vaccinated and now symptoms then no need to be tested. None of them were at concerts or things with 500+ people either, yet other workers that went to concerts didn't have to be tested. They have no clear policy, and not complaint department. If you speak up for your rights they will fire or make you mad enough to quit.
