Ok Pay - Associate Consultant Wenger and Watson Employee Review

Favouritism. All good and fast moving clients is given to old managers and other teams are pushed to generate revenues from stale projects. They say it's new but actually it's stale and barely moving projects. And then scold like a school, why the project is not moving, why no hires blah blah by the AVP, SVP etc. They say it's 5 days a week but push to work unnecessary ok Saturdays too.
