Pros
It's really easy to get hired, always looking for people and mostly looking for people that want to learn. People working in this company are the best you may find in a working environment, everyone is super cool and super supportive, you can become friends with literally everyone.
Cons
Lack of organization. Labor exploitation. Low salaries. Always make promises that never become true. Owners will take advantage of the "friendship" they may have with you. No benefits. A lot of work and little money. Working hard instead of working smart. Software quality is sacrificed in order to meet client request no matter how useless or pointless the client request is. You do much more than you're supposed to do. Most of the time don't give you your vacations when you want it and also refuse to paid them, they just try to convince you to take them later. They always want you to do things that are convenient for the company and not for yourself, for example, if you insist in taking your vacations at the moment you want them, they'll see it as a betrayal and treat you different later on.
