Pros

Can find different accounts to suit your needs

Cons

Where to start.. Well I graduated from trucking school, signed on with a CDL in my hand and they put you in in class for 3 days and test you skills. Everything normal there.. They only pay you about $400 AFTER taxes per week which seems much much lower than most places after looking at company’s in the $875 and up BEFORE taxes range so that is terrible Once I completed the initial training on Friday, they said “you will be assigned a leader so stay by the phone today and this weekend!” We’ll I never got a call or notice or anything! So I called Tuesday the following week and I still haven’t completed the initial training!!?? So I had to call safety, my in class instructor and nearly everyone to get to those people and they forgot to put me as “completed, ready for leader” So after waiting the rest of that week (7 full days) I got a call from my leader at 6:30 PM asking me to be at the terminal at 8:00 PM.. very last minute so I headed out with 7 days worth of stuff packed. WHERE IT GETS EVEN WORSE!! THEY DO NOT TELL YOU - you will be on the road, away from home, with no opportunity to go home, for 21 -30 DAYS!! You gotta be kidding me.. so you are stuck with your instructor in a truck living off of truck stops and burning through all of that wonderful $400 you make every week with mail and packages pilling up, not to mention coming home to a DEAD cat after the experience since I couldn’t go home.. Werner, please disclose this information before you put people in these situations and “but you stay in hotel that’s paid for!” Isn’t a perk, it’s a burden when my normal schedule should be home ever weekend.. STAY AWAY
