Pros
1. you get paid. 2. most people in the IT department are nice. 3. you get paid.
Cons
1. Technical leadership in the IT department is poor 2. The code base is very bad 3. They don't fire incompetent workers 4. They (Werner and the recruiting firms they work with) will try to trick you in the amount of PTOs they give you. I thought I had negotiated 20 days PTO but ended up with 10 PTOs. Later I found that another co-worker was tricked too.
