Pros
If you're on a dedicated account you get paid more and and drive less miles than otr. The pay is decent I grossed between 950 to 1200 a week. We get paid weekly. Good job for people fresh out of cdl school.
Cons
Some people in the dispatch office are fake friendly. Some of them try to be slick and make you run out of time or some are undercover racists. The pay is decent but you get paid from zip code to zip code instead of actual mileage. Your biggest problem will be dispatch however. As soon as you do something they don't like they try to make your job hard for you. Being out for 12 days and home for 2 was not ideal for me.
