Stop closing your eyes and stop protecting managers when they behave inappropriately. Sexual harassment and racism are crime. Wernick as a company should treat any form of harassment seriously, not just because of legal implications and because this led to employees under performance, but also because people have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at work. I saw my rights and other ex-colleagues stolen. Management is out of touch. Resuming there is no Ethics and creditability in this company. Harassment environment, discrimination, abusive leadership authority, lack of ethics behaviours, racism, sexist, lack of opportunities and lack of confidentiality.
Cons
There is No positive points. Everything is bad here, unqualified and incompetents' managers, and foreigners' exploitation. Racism, and sexual harassment are allowed, and even better you get a bonus, a promotion. Management is out of touch. Resuming there is no Ethics and creditability in this company. They never do what they said in the interview, be careful, avoid them.
