Pros
Executive leadership (EVP's and C Suite) is great and provides great direction for the company. Easy shift towards remote work during COVID. Caring family first responses and an overall desire to succeed that is contagious. Lots of room for growth.
Cons
Typical "bank problems": too many stuck in the stone age with an inability to adapt to a digital remote work world. Too many are penny smart and dollar challenged and middle managers can't seem to look beyond their own work load.
