Pros
WesBanco was a great place to work. The people there were welcoming and the "powers that be" seemed to actually care about the employees. Benefits were good. A very stable place to be.
Cons
Like many financial institutions, branches could get pretty understaffed, causing inconvenience when requesting time off.
