Pros

Paid training certifications, and depending on how you feel, a truck to take home (you still pay tax on the truck usage, and it allows the managers to send you out in the field at a moment's notice)

Cons

nothing but at this place. True that training certifications are paid for by the company, but no raises are associated with the success of achieving those certifications and it only dumps more responsibility and jobs on you with no reward. there is no place to move within the company and it is a very heavy concentration on favoritism. The CEO literally assigns a value to an employee as a person, and if you as that employee have a concern or different approach to doing things, your suggestions will fall on deaf ears, unless you have been there for years and years. even then, not much gets addressed. Management is extremely lousy and it has gotten to the point that the turnover is leading them to give referement bonuses to employees there and they try to buy your loyalty with amazon gift cards. However, be ready to metaphorically present your rear end for a vigorous thumping to earn those "rewards". There are a couple of decent managers, but they have no power to do anything to change things or are kept in check by bipolar behavior of the Eric West. On top of all that, the pay is very much subpar with the industry standard.
