Pros
Offered fantastic support throughout my time to help me develop in my role. Get to work on behalf of well respected, internationally known clients. The people working within the company are brilliant, Wescot has a really good working environment. Although the industry itself has a stigma attached, the company itself is a very good place to work. Work gets left at work, Wescot seem to value that people have a life outside of work and this is reflected in the generous holiday scheme There are also great perks, staff members are rewarded for their hard work, and can enroll in private insurance and pension schemes.
Cons
Sometimes the work can be fast paced as it is contact centre based. Would be good to have some interaction with other areas of the business and senior management.
