Pros
Great pay and the best benefits of any job I have had....even better than my new job. (moved with my husband) Would go back to Wesley Commons in a heartbeat! Residents were amazing and the staff were family. Upper management were always trying to grow and change. that was hard, but we always had new and exciting things to do.
Cons
Some of the middle management was not as supportive as the big dogs. I went to the big guy and he had everything worked out.
