      Pros

      The work Wesley Mission does is undeniably great. They help so many people and being a part of that is truly wonderful.

      Cons

      Considering how many people are in the Marketing dept, there is a big flaw in workflow and communications. Lots of politics, can be very catty. You don't always feel you're listened to. Very little recognition if you do achieve anything.

      During my 8 years of working within the industry, prior employers only provided buddy shifts to train. Wesley has provided formal in person workshops training in medication, manual handling etc

      Role can be challenging but that is child protection anywhere
