Pros

I am blessed to work with an amazing group of residents and team members. Our leaderhip team is very supportive. Our campus is beautiful and offers an onsite fitness center that is free to use along with classes for team members such as Zumba and Yoga, also free of charge. We get a free lunch once a week along with a steep discount at the E Street cafe on our campus. The Village is also a Blue Zones Designated workplace and there are many opportunites to engaged with our employee wellness programs throughout the year.

Cons

Overall, I really enjoy working for WesleyLife.

Pros

Good PTO benefits at the Director level: 30 days off a year. Good and affordable healthcare plan for you,

Cons

Pricey healthcare plans when it come to covering your spouse or child. High turnover. Low morale. Micromanaged and over-worked. Expected to work outside of business hours. Promised a wage increase in offer letter and leadership didn't follow through even considering a good performance. Just lover promised and underdelivered. Company cuts corners with product quality. Constantly updated and changed software creating a lot of wasted time and time just spent learning software instead of doing the thing that mattered...
