Pros

When in a good team, good atmosphere cheap accommodation fun place to work, everyone is friendly.

Cons

Persistence of targets without taking into account the demographics of communities, situations such as COVID, minimum donations are high. sacked and have to leave in 1 day if put on target. Not much support in relation to training, high staff turn over rather than bettering the training staff and allowing them to gain experience. Deductions from wages for accommodation. Heavy fuel expenses. Culture of if you have no donations ' you're doing something wrong' without taking any other factors into consideration. HR is not the best

Nothing positive to say however this may change

Cons

I worked for the company as a student and was placed in company-arranged accommodation in Slough. The arrangement was described as free accommodation with earnings, but I experienced unexpected costs and a lack of clarity around pay. During my time there, I felt the working environment was highly stressful and unsupportive. After a short period without successful sign-ups, I was dismissed and asked to leave the accommodation with very short notice. Overall, my experience did not match what was initially communicated to me, and I would advise others to seek full clarity on terms before joining.

Getting to talk to numerous people on a daily basis

Cons

A lot of walking around neighbourhoods you’re not familiar with to fundraise
