Pros
A relatively small company, Wessler has a family feel. You work closely within your department and get to know your coworkers well, while also maintaining a professional atmosphere. Because each department is small, you will be exposed to a variety of work the department has to offer and will get good exposure to many topics. Lots of managers have become experts at what they do. The management is invested in individuals and is open to feedback.
Cons
The company has experienced some growing pains with recent increases in staff size. Currently, the mix of young engineers to experienced mangers is high, so there is not enough mentorship for young engineers. I expect in the coming years these growing pains will be addressed with dedicated mentorship programs.
