Pros
Not a high pressure environment when compared to other call centers.
Cons
Nepotism. Most of the employees retained after the contract completed were related to current employees. I normally wouldn't have noticed but some of these employees were downright awful (ignoring their calls, rude to customers, joking during work, etc.). It was clear the management placed familial connections above performance. Additionally, I did not like the way they threatened employees with firing for joining a union.
