Pros
It was close to my home and the building is beautiful. Great scenery around it. Also an hour lunch so you could go home and not have to suffer there ALL day.
Cons
Everything else. Not one supervisor there cares about anybody else, unless you're their drinking buddy. The most selfish, carless, unfriendly, you-know-what supervisor somehow got a promotion to another state even though he struck gold with his team. 90% of employees will stab you in the back and not think twice about it. It's extremely stressful when both the director and supervisor are telling you how bad you are even though they REFUSE to give help because they're "too busy," which usually consists of sitting at their desk doing nothing, talking to their friends which distracts them, or straight up going missing for long periods of time. Honestly the worst place you could possibly be.
