Improvements needed - Commercial Lines West Bend Insurance Company Employee Review

Toxic management Very limited long term remote work opportunities Uneven workloads between team members Favoritism and misogyny Major problems with policy management system I never felt like they cared about me as a person and contributor. And if I did do a job well, the only reward was even more work that I could never seem to keep up with. I didn’t feel like I had any actual control over my responsibilities - they really are just looking for “yes” people. Any time I would bring up valid points to management I could never get anywhere. Then when things didn’t go well I was the scapegoat. I do not miss working in this environment.
