Pros
There were about three people on the leadership with their weight.
Cons
*General manager talks badly about hourly employees to their teammates when the employee isn't present. *GM talks bad about managers to their teams (but said manager has the loyalty of their team and finds out about everything anyways. Meanwhile the GM tells the manager to the managers face that they believe in them and want to mentor them. *very toxic culture. The press department is a bunch of premadonnas and get everything catered to them while the other departments are expected to be perfect. *in that vein, the press operators are making 30-37/hr while other departments are making 18-22. *All WestRock locations are different, meaning there are no corporate resources to lean on for training, system access, SOPs, etc. Every location is unique but held to the same corporate standards and metrics. *if you're a good worker you ger more work piled on while the bad workers take smoke breaks every hour. *bad managers constantly leave early or WFH without consequence. *Did I mention the toxic culture and political games?
