Pros
I applied for the position mill trainee and I was with this company for over two years When i first started working here the probation time was 9 months. And i was paid a starting wage of 18 an hour. You can definitely make more money but it requires you moving up into different jobs and if thats something that you dont like or want to do. Youll really struggle here they randomly place new hires wherever they want with no consideration on skills or a career path. So if you get put into a department that you dont like you can best believe youll be stuck there and if you get any points youll really be stuck. A lot of the people that work here will micro manage you and your coworkers can be extremely condescending. They also dont allow you to freeze your position so it is mandatory that you learn and train for the next job when its time to move up. Overall my experience left a negative impact on my life and i definitely dont have any belief that this company wants to do better for their new mill trainees that come in. (Pros) The pay. More overtime than you can probably handle. Possibly the benefits Mill rules policy and regulations coworkers shift work overall treatment drama
