Hands down the most confusing company I have worked for. They have expectations, but they don't seem to know what they are wanting. They tell you to do something, then a week later have a talk with you about not doing it. The environment of the team was uncomfortable and you are made to feel like an outsider. Don't worry they will make sure to make you feel like one.
